Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with big365. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and confiscation of all funds and winnings.
You must not be a person who has been previously excluded from gambling, either by self-exclusion or by regulatory order. You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of big365 or any of our affiliates, suppliers, or payment processors.
To use big365 Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You must create a unique username and strong password to secure your Account.
big365 is required to verify the identity of all Users to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You must provide valid identification documents upon request, including:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account creation or upon request may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals or complete account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party. You agree to notify big365 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. big365 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
You must ensure that all information provided during registration and thereafter remains accurate and up to date. You must notify big365 immediately of any changes to your personal details, contact information, or payment methods. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.
big365 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation.
Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming program. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time via your Account dashboard. Standard processing time is 5-10 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB). First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's name. big365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 10,000,000). Bonus funds and associated winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing fee of 3% to cover transaction costs.
big365 maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in accordance with international standards. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding Rp 25,000,000 or in cases of suspicious transaction patterns. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities will be immediately frozen and reported to relevant authorities.
big365 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. Bonus terms are clearly stated on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 10x to 40x the bonus amount) before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live dealer games 5-10%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
big365 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of fraudulent bonus activity. Suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, associated winnings, and potential account closure.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are fulfilled. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited, and only your deposited funds (minus amounts already wagered) will be returned.
All bets are subject to acceptance by big365. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error.
For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and voor bola (Asian handicap), all bets are settled according to official results at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and overtimes are not included unless explicitly stated. Settlement of bets is based on data from recognized official sources.
All casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games operate according to their specific game rules, which are available within each game interface. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are certified by independent testing agencies and displayed transparently. big365 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all games to ensure fairness.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or disconnection during gameplay, all affected bets are void and funds are returned to the Player's Account. big365 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or device failures on the User's end.

big365 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime, technical issues, server maintenance, or force majeure events that temporarily affect service availability.
big365 integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt), and data feeds. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services. Any disputes related to third-party services should be directed to the respective provider.
Gambling involves financial risk, and losses are an inherent part of gaming activities. big365 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through normal gameplay, including losses resulting from poor betting decisions, unsuccessful wagers, or statistical variance. Users gamble at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, big365's total liability to any User for all claims arising from or related to the use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within 30 days. Any unclaimed balances may be subject to dormancy fees after 90 days.
big365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, extended periods of inactivity (12 months), or upon request by regulatory authorities. Upon termination by big365, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the User after deduction of applicable fees.
Users experiencing gambling-related problems may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account will be closed, and you will not be permitted to create new accounts. For more information, please visit our Responsible Gaming page.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the use of big365 Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and general principles of contract law applicable to online services.
In the event of a dispute, Users must first contact big365 customer support to seek amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may pursue alternative dispute resolution including mediation or arbitration.
Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms or the use of big365 Services must be filed within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period will be time-barred and inadmissible.
